Davis-Standard LLC in Fulton, NY seeks Controls Engineer to generate complete & detailed
Designs from old references or master designs and generate new designs.
Design HMI applications including RSView, ME/SE and Wonderware. Design PLC applications using Allen Bradley (RSLogix5000) & Siemens S7 software. Perform shop check outs and machine start ups. Design SSD (Eurotherm & Siemens variable frequency drive systems. Converting machinery & technologies for extrusion compounding, palletizing lines, coating, cast & blown film, aqueous coating methods, & winding techniques. Design equipment to meet as-sold specs. Generate controls layouts for machine line as well as panel layouts. Produce Bill of Materials & calculate wire sizing for machine lines. Generate wire tables, interconnection diagrams, & lamacoids tables for machine lines. Verify all designs with designers & other engineers & ensure accuracy of all work performed.
Must have proof of legal authorization to work in US.
