CPP Film
Mono or Co-extrusion systems available using vacuum box, air knife and soft box with chill roll quenching to obtain the required haze and clarity. Corona treating, annealing, randomizing, slitting, refeed systems, winding and roll and core handling systems are available.
- Line sizes range from 80” / 2 M up to 208” / 5.3 M
- Wound roll diameters from 24” / 600mm up to 47” / 1.2 M
- Line speeds are processes dependant, typically running from 650 FPM / 200 MPM and in some cases in excess of 1000 FPM / 300 MPM.
