We understand the importance of eliminating dust in the dryers. We designed our coaters with mist removal systems to eliminate mist directly at the coating head.

Here at Black Clawson Converting Machinery, we have the advanced Steamex™ moisturizing system to eliminate any moisture and curl problems, allowing you to increase your line speeds by increasing paper quality. We can even produce silicone-coated products at 3000 fpm (900 mpm) reducing telescoping associated with conventional turret indexing with our Super T ™ Winder. We are hard at work building silicone lines that will work hard for you.
