Integrator PRO
This innovative system combines total line control and data monitoring into one multi-functional information center. It is specifically designed
for high-level converting processes encompassing cast film, blown film, extrusion coating, solvent and aqueous coating and drying.

Integrator-C
The Integrator-C is a direct replacement for Egan’s CMR.
The Basic Unit consists of:
- Drives Controls Interface.
- Temperature Controls.
- Gauge Control.
The Basic Unit includes:
- A new ControlLogix PLC for drives interface.
- A new Temperature Control system.
- A new Gauge Control system. The gauge control will be based on the age of the existing Gauge system.
The Integrator-C has taken all the great features of the CMR Systems and added these new features:
- Recipe management.
- Historical Data Trending.
- Alarms. And combined them into one highly functional easy to use single point control and data center.
There is a variety of scenarios for other upgrades:
- Drives Upgrades:
- For Drive systems that are older than 12 to 15 years we offer total Drives Upgrades.
- The first option would be a DC Drives upgrade and re-use existing motors.
- The second option is to offer new AC drives and motors. Better option saving on the long run.
- Controls Upgrade:
- For Machine lines that have PLC’s older than 15 to 20 years we offer:
